New live album 'Live At Bonfest' out 29/03/2018

Full-on rock n' roll from N.Ireland

Screaming Eagles’ meteoric arrival on the rock scene back in 2013 has seen them gain a reputation for being one of the most dynamic and entertaining live acts in the UK since the release of their acclaimed debut studio album ‘From The Flames’.

The follow-up album ‘Stand Up And Be Counted’ which included a cover version of the Vanda/Young classic ‘Good Times’ featuring Pontus Snibb from Bonafide, earned rave reviews in the UK and Europe. The band kicked off 2016 with a sold-out tour of Germany including the capital Berlin. This was followed up by a 7-date UK tour of O2 Academy venues including headline slots at the O2 Islingon and O2 Newcastle.

With regular airplay on top UK rock stations Planet Rock and Teamrock, along with FM airplay in Germany, Canada & the US (including positive comments from Luc Carl at SiriusXM and renowned US rock DJ Eddie Trunk) they have steadily built up a profile for themselves and continue to bring their own brand of verve and swagger with intensely gripping live shows all over the UK and Europe’s festival scenes (inc. Germany, France and Spain) sharing the stage with the likes of Black Label Society, Airbourne, The Answer and Black Star Riders.

Screaming Eagles are:

Chris Fry: Vocals

Adrian McAleenan: Guitar

Ryan Lilly: Bass

Kyle Cruikshank: Drums

They shot to prominence when Sony Music licensed their critically acclaimed track ‘Rock N’ Roll Soul’ for hit US TV Series ‘JUSTIFIED’. They have been regularly featured in Classic Rock Magazine (twice on the magazines covermount CD and featured as ‘Track Of The Month’), Classic Rock Germany, Metro, Powerplay Magazine and Fireworks.

With two albums already under their belt, work has already begun on their highly anticipated 3rd studio album which is set for release in summer 2017. So far for 2017 the band has again linked up with Sony Pictures Television for a track to be used in 'Sneaky Pete', the new Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) series currently on Amazon Prime. The band also has a number of festival appearances in the UK, France and Germany lined up for the year ahead. There’s no sign of Screaming Eagles’ wings being clipped, if anything, they plan to soar even higher! Can you say you were there?

“Finally, here’s a defiant sounding cri de Coeur from these Northern Irish newcomers. ‘Rock N Roll Soul’ is one of the stand-outs on the band’s self-released debut ‘From The Flames.’ Think AC/DC fronted by a Paul Rodgers-style vocalist and you’re somewhere in the neighbourhood.”

“There's an indescribable chill of excitement when you hear a debut album by a band that immediately shows the potential to do something special."

“These guys would be perfect for the likes of Download or Sonisphere festivals.”

“Northern Ireland’s finest musical export have just enough sledgehammer songs on their debut album. If, in a parallel universe, Bon Scott joined Guns N’ Roses for a cover of Free classic All Right Now and everyone managed to remain sober long enough to get the track down, it might sound something like this.”
